SCS Computers provides PC and laptop repairs, custom PC builds, web development, software solutions, IT consulting, and computer science tutoring. We strive to deliver high-quality services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

2. Repairs and Warranty

a. No One-Day Guarantee: Repair times vary depending on the issue complexity. We do not guarantee same-day repairs.

b. Brand Warranties: Any manufacturer or brand warranties are provided by the respective companies only. SCS Computers is not liable if brands refuse warranty claims.

c. Data Backup: Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting devices for repair. SCS Computers is not liable for any data loss.

d. Invoices: Invoices will be provided for all services rendered and must be presented for warranty or follow-up service.

3. Appointments and Consultations

Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, cards, and online payments. Taxes including GST apply where relevant.

5. Custom Builds and Software Development

Custom PC builds and software solutions are made to specification. While we aim for high quality and reliability, we do not guarantee compatibility with all third-party software or hardware. Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements and specifications.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in any content or software provided by SCS Computers remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCS Computers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service.

8. Customer Obligations

Customers agree to provide accurate information about devices and requirements. SCS Computers reserves the right to refuse service if the customer's device is deemed unsafe, illegal, or compromised.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Nizamabad.
